Step-by-Step Instructions
Step 1 – Bloom the Gelatin
Pour 1 cup of tart cherry juice into a glass dish. Sprinkle the Goose Goods Gelatin evenly over the top and let it sit for a minute to “bloom.” This allows the gelatin to absorb the liquid and dissolve more smoothly. Stir well with a fork to break up any clumps.
Step 2 – Heat the Juice
In a small pot over low heat, warm the remaining 1 cup of tart cherry juice until steaming but not boiling.
Step 3 – Mix & Dissolve
Slowly pour the warm juice over the bloomed gelatin mixture, stirring continuously with a fork until everything is fully combined and smooth. Add the glycine and mix until dissolved.
Step 4 – Set & Chill
Let the mixture cool slightly, then cover and transfer to the fridge. Allow it to set for at least 3-4 hours until fully solidified.
Step 5 – Cut & Enjoy!
Once set, cut the gummies into squares and enjoy! Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.

Ingredients:
- 2 cups tart cherry juice
- 3-4 tbsps Goose Goods Gelatin (more gelatin will make it firmer)

2 scoops glycine
Directions:
- Heat 1 cup juice in a small pot on low.
- Add the other cup of juice to a glass dish then sprinkle the gelatin on top in an even layer. Allow to “bloom” for a minute then mix well with a fork to combine and remove any clumps.
- Once the juice in the pot is warm and steaming, pour on top of the gelatin mixture. Mix well with a fork until fully incorporated (make sure there are no clumps) and mix in the glycine
- Allow to cool before covering with a lid and transferring to the fridge.
- Chill for about 3-4 hours minimum until solidified.
- Once solidified, cut into squares and enjoy!
